What to Bring for Repair:


For Annual Service, please bring the following:
~Sewing Machine
~Carrying Case, if you have one
~Foot Pedal
~Power Cord
~Regular, all purpose sewing foot (not the ¼” foot)
~Bobbin case
~Bobbin
Plus
~Samples of stitching problems, if available.
   Bring in the fabric and thread you were working on when the problem was encountered.
~Your description of issues and problems (good to have)

Embroidery Stitch Out Problems
~Bring the unit in with the sewing machine when you are having embroidery issues. Also bring:
~Darning Foot
~Embroidery bobbin case
~Thread you are using and needle
~Samples of embroidery showing the problems


Do NOT Bring:
~Owner’s manual
~Extra accessories/accessory box
~Other feet. Remove ¼” foot, darning foot, walking foot and put on #1 regular sewing foot.

About Our Service and Repair Department

We Repair ALL Brands and Models- Vintage or New

~All work is done on site.
~The basic tune-up charge includes cleaning, oiling and adjusting. If additional service or parts are needed to put the machine in good working order, we will call for an approval of a new estimate amount before work on your machine continues.
~For sewing emergencies, a loaner machine can be arranged.
~Machines are done on a first-come, first-service basis. The sooner you bring your machine in, the sooner it will be serviced. A good time to bring in your machine is when you are planning to be out of town.
~Al Hunt, Head Technician with 28 years experience, is a factory authorized BERNINA, Pfaff and Handy Quilter Technician. Al’s experience includes being an educator for BERNINA, having trained BERNINA technicians all around the United States. Al has experience and formal training in all brands of machines.
~ Melody and Paul round out the staff with much know-how and experience. They are able to service any brand of machine.
~Turn around time can be more than 10 working days if the service department is very busy. When you bring your machine in, we will give you an estimate of how long it will be to get your machine back.



Your sewing machine, embroidery machine and serger should be serviced yearly to keep them in top working condition.
