Class Policies


We offer you great classes with the most up-to-date techniques and information.
 We give 20% Discount on purchase of Supplies required for our Classes. Supply list must be shown at time of purchase.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
  •  Payment for class fee, kit, and book or pattern (if applicable) is due at time of registration. You may register by phone with a credit card. A student’s name will not be placed on the class list until all fees are paid.
  • If the class has filled, we will be happy to put your name on a waiting list.
  •  Refunds will be made only if we are able to fill your space from the waiting list. The last day for cancellations will be the Monday prior to the class. This deadline is necessary in order to allow the person taking your space to collect materials and do any prep work. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
  •  If a store emergency occurs and we must cancel the class, your money will be refunded.
  •  Once a guest teacher has arrived in town, the class will go on as scheduled. In this case, there will be no refunds.
  •  All classes require supplies. We realize that notions, supplies, and fabrics can be expensive. In order for you to have a successful class, it is important for you to have all the supplies listed on our supply sheets. We do not list any unnecessary supplies
  • .We also respect all copyright laws. If a pattern or book is required each student in class must purchase it, unless noted otherwise.


Pre-class Preparation:
  •  Read supply list and gather materials. If you have questions, please call the shop. Please note that some classes may require some pre-class preparations before you come. Please come to class with all materials prepared and ready to go.
  •  On the day of class, the store will open 1/2 hour prior to the start of class. Please arrive in time to set up your machine, so that class can begin promptly.
